VOTE FOR IMPROVED HOA DOCUMENTS!
Founders Village Homeowner’s Association is asking homeowners to vote to replace the HOA By-Laws and Declarations currently in place with simplified and modernized documents.

WHY UPDATE THE BY-LAWS AND DECLARATIONS?
The documents currently in place are over 30 years old and need to be updated.
THE AMENDED DOCUMENTS:

• Simplify complex rules
• Remove unnecessary rules included by the original developers
• Comply with Town of Castle Rock and State laws passed since 1980
• Include provisions for modern technology (e.g., satellite dishes)
• Address concerns from homeowners

Your AD Hoc Covenant Review Committee and HOA Board have put significant time and effort into rewriting and updating the By-Laws and Declarations based on community feedback and legal recommendations.
